experienced was at the Legian Beach Hotel (LBH), we found them to be very rude but that was the year 2000 and I hope their staff have improved, at least at the Melasti they wanted to sort out the problem and staff eager still to please, as I said you could not fault the staff, very friendly and professional and I reckon that makes the difference, we still enjoyed our stay here it just started rocky and upsetting...
