For 20 kg we paid about $78 posted to Sydney Australia from Kuta, that was by sea and took about 11 weeks.
The scale is a bit weird 5kg or less is about $34 (from memory) and 10kg or less is about $44 (or thereabout) 15 kg or less etc etc to a max of 20 kg, then you have to start another parcel.
Insurance was included but even so if it doesnt arrive you dont necessarly get paid out
