Pchap Nicky at Alltravel 55305555 in Qld is the best. She has many 'happy' interstate customers as well as local customers. She is the expert and if you did a search on nicno you will find many other recommendations from other 'happy' customers. I know she has clients in Darwin!! In December our son had 2 brain tumours removed and we were meant travelling to Bali on Christmas Day. Not only did Nicky look after us when taking the booking, she excelled herself to assist in cancelling our booking and had a refund check ready for us when we got out of hospital. Nicki truly took those problems out of our hands and certainly reduced any stress of negotiating with airlines and insurance companies. I will never use another agent!
