We haven't stayed at KP, although a lot of friends have, we have looked through the hotel and it is big and nice and the rooms are nice too, the restaurant food was nice but the service was a little take it or leave it.
We stay at Puri Raja, we love it there. It is a smaller, more personal hotel. We love the staff, we love the atmosphere and the people that stay there. The food is okay, nothing to rave about though.
We prefer a smaller hotel to a larger hotel. We feel more comfy and a bit more personal that way.
As for location, they are both in a terrific location, one we love to stay at.
