Billy is at the bottom of the steps onto the beach in front of the Mandira, directly in front, and to the left of S+S if you are facing away from the water at the waters edge. You can see S+S from his esky but he is a bit more up beach towards the Padma. About 50 feet maybe??? Hope those directions make sense !
He has a big bowl he keeps under the stand and fills it with the melting cold water from the ice in his esky.
He is a lovely man and is the only beach seller i know of who does this, I do hope there are more tho, it is so hot on the beach.
If you do go there, tell him Ann (Blackies owner from Oz) says hi.... he might remember who I am...
