Last I heard he was serving lots fresh fruit and goodies from a local bakery with juice, tea or coffee. Just ask him, he'll try to serve whatever you want.
We ate outside on the patio around the pool or at the table in the villas. It's up to you and the weather.
Go for an early morning walk on the beach before breaky or you'll have trouble fitting in the tiny airplane sits for the ride home. I learned this lesson the 1st time we went.
The villas have full kitchens so hit the fruit stands and markets for the kids favorites.
The food is so amazing in Bali.
