The suit pack may help - Jetstar Carry on "you can carry one piece of hand luggage 48x34x23cm per person, plus one small item such as laptop, hand bag, coat or suit pack. Suit pack must not exceed thickness of 11cm width60cm and length 114cm when it is unfolded."
