Has anyone had problems

emailing or getting emails back from bali i know that they had the problems from the earth quake but i have had some emails from over there. Im trying to email the BGH and have done twice but hav'nt got anything back so far and it has been 2 weeks.Has anyone had emails from them or is there another email address i can try
