I dont know which one of the terrorists involved it was, but I saw an interview where he specifically said that Australians were targetted and that rather than blame him we should be blaming John Howard.
But anyway, what I was really trying to say was that the bombings were targetted at tourists and not to cause disruption to the daily life of everyday people which is what makes these terrorist acts different to some of the others being compared. We can choose to go to Bali or not but a Londoner cannot choose to go to work or not.
