I'm aware that Indonesia does not recognise the Haigh (sorry for spelling) convention. However, have you heard of cases of where a child has been abducted by an Indonesian parent? What is the police policy in those instances. My question pertains to the fact that a child half indonesian. Is a citizen of Australia and the Indonesian parent does not have the child's birth certificate. Sorry for the confusing post.
