I've booked the family for Bali in May. We have been 11 times and the kids have come with us the last 5 or 6 times. We normally start and end in Kuta and do some travelling in the middle. I haven't booked any accommodation as yet. The travelling bit I usually negotiate directly but the first few days I like to have prebooked just in case. I've checked out the net and most hotels in Kuta say family rooms are 2 adults and 2 kids(under 12). Our son just turned 14 so does that mean we have to get a room that caters for 3 adults ?? Anyone else taken an older child over, what did you do for rooms ?
