Hi, Good budget so you can play.
If you want to be social and make other firends, you can not go past Contiki. New, 4 star, very funky and only 18-35's.
If you want to do more Villa style (Private and romantic), try "the Villas" on Jalan Kunti which is not too far away from the Restaurants you wanted to look at.
If you want more 5 star international Resort, there is the sofitel, nice on the beach resort though drinks and snacks are expensive.
