I can't remember the name of the place, but it is upstairs next to a split level place that sells CDs on the main road. If you have come out of Monkey Forest Rd onto the main rd, turn left, it's about 5-10 shops along heading away from the market. You will see an enclosed staircase that can be accessed from both the shop & the road.
This place has broadband, is quiet & it's deliciously cool with air con. I have seen people using their own laptops up there. Sorry I can't remember what they charged, but it was reasonable.
