Have you considered a family room at the LBH? I stayed in one last year, and it was the best room I have ever stayed in in Bali (not necessarily the best hotel, but definitely the best room). The family rooms have a queen bed and 2 singles in rooms separated by a sliding door. There is a split system air conditioner in each bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms in these rooms, which can be handy with triple shares.
