Travel Insurance Direct

Has anyone use this option, I have just finished reading their info and it looks good, and underwritten by Allianz. Has anyone claimed thru them and was it easy ?. We are leaving on Sun21st and already have our insurance but wondering if it is a good option for next time. Thanks in advance. Sue
