I have used a driver that we use whenever in Bali and he picked us up from Rambutan. He generally is based in Legian but went up to get us, so he knows where Rambutan is.
He is handy to Seminyak and as you would need to hire him for most of the day somewhere between 300,000 and 400,000 for the day should cover it.
He was over 15 years driving experience and would know any where Richard Rambutan suggests on his posting.
He will be taking us from Jayakarta (Seminyak) to Rambutan in April.
