Well, we haven't had Bali Belly for the last few times we have been. I guess, it's getting more hygenic. We eat at all the normal street restaurants and have ice in our drinks (I believe the ice in 99% of places is made from sterised water). We occassionally eat from the Warangs but don't make a habit of it.
Anyway, we have used in the passed and still take with us just in case a packet of Lomatil. I'm not sure if these are perscription or not. I'm pretty sure they are. My wife usually grabs a box before we leave home. At the first feeling of BB take one and it usually nips it in the bud!! If you get my drift !!
