I take 2 bottle of silver (colliodal) water with me, drink about 10mls 3 times a day and if bali belly hits, drink around 20ml and lay down for an hour or two, usually works especially if you have been taking it ever day, or , imodioum tablets will do the trick, better still be careful of ice in your drinks when out of the hotel.
