I purchased a two bed, two bath townhouse (100sq mtrs) last year, and am very pleased with the set up.
You may be aware that stage two is three levels, with a lap pool to compliment the existing pool in stage 1.
In a nutshell, the deal is, 25year lease, management take 30% of rental income, and as owners, you can stay as long as you want, whenever you want.
