It really depends on where they are coming from. The Griya Santrian is continually having problems and when I email a friend at the the Respati it comes back undeliverable but she receives it a day or two later. If I haven't had a reply in a day or so I send the email again to be sure. Patience is a virtue. Good luck, Stormy
