because of the earthquake just off taiwan, which destroyed cables.. there were severe problems with indonesia's internet systems.. (more than the usual ahahah)
anyway... most systems are running back to normal now, however there are a few that are still to be fixed, some people at my office, are having trouble accessing international sites, however indonesian ones work fine (we are in jakarta)
I think it depends on the service providers and how quick they have been able to fix the damage.. because when i use it from home...i can access any site i want... :)
and all my emails are getting thru to people back in Aussie every day.
