Oct last year while in Bali my parents and a friend bought timeshare after attending the 'presentations' from the scratch cards on the street in Bali.
parents paid approx $6,500 for 10 years x 1 week a year for a 2 bed villa (sleeps 6)
friend paid $14,000 for 25 x 1 week a year for a 1 bed villa (sleeps 4)
We used a week of my parents at Jimbaran resort in June, very nice huge flashy villa with own pool etc.
we are using friends week at peninsula resort in Feb and swapped a second week to use at same time at Club Bali resort (Jayakarta) early March. swap fee is $108 + $5 per night. Hope this helps a little or ask if want more info. Jacqui
