If you are rescheduled via say Singapore or Darwin you are not penalised. Last trip my flight was cancelled and they put me on a Garuda flight (when I asked because of same situation I read on forum)
They are always fine tuning their Bali runs and there is always the chance Jetstar will enter the mix.
Our next years flights are already changed..times and days, but not a problem for us luckily.
