Sponsoring a child

Hi everyone, Just getting my act together and wanting to follow through with a family pact we made on our visit to Bali last year. Who do we contact to sponsor a child? Are we able to choose a region? We were particularly touched by the people in the Amed area. Any help would be truly appreciated.
