I think the majority of holiday makers take so much in cash and then use their atm cards. With cards taking precedence over cash now here in Australia, I think more and more people are relying on their cards. ATM's are popping up everywhere in Bali. Just remember each time you withdraw money you will get charged on your statement back home. AND Don't forget to take your card away at the end of your transaction.
