Yes,certainly know of dolphins at Monkey Mia, wild dolphins choosing of their own free will to come in for food is great, make no mistake it is the food they are coming in for not the hundreds of tourists..
Dolphins at Seaworld are highly trained, and I have met the head trainer and I know she puts a huge effort into enriching their lives and providing mental stimulation as much as she possibly can( which I am sure the poor captive dolphins in Bali don't have).....it still can n ever replace normal life in the wild, that is what a dolphin would choose, he is a dolphin, not entertainment for humans....we like to imagine these animals enjoy performing for us,swimming with us so we can enjoy the experience guilt free.....without the demand these animals would not be exploited like this.Enjoy seeing them in their natural habitat ,living a natural life, that is the true beauty and wonder of them.
Read the link Mic provided on the effects of captivity on dolphins.
