When you put your card in it will ask english or indonesian...make sure you say english. The card will come out last after the money...be carefull not to walk away without it as it will get taken. The amount out depends on you and the atm and the bank. Take the highest amount offered in Rupiahs. That way your fees are less as you don't have to use atm as often. To calculate the rupiahs to the dollars or whatever you will have to use a calculator yourself as it only offers in Rupiahs.
