and would never use them again. They paid in the end but it was the way we was treated both overseas and here that has left a nasty taste in our mouth. We didn't have a nice experience. I too have booked others with jetstar specials and went into a travel agent and they still gave us 20% off and we didn't book any of our holiday with them. We booked FF and still the travel agent helped us with travel insurance and we were given discount.
