We stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago, not impressed. The pool is in the middle of the complex so can get noisy when some guests decide to have a binge. The breakfast was so awful we ate down the street. The superior room was totally basic, shower in corner of bathroom, no curtain so water went everywhere. The towels were taken in the morning & not returned until 5pm each day. The gray sheets did not cover the mattress so by morning you are lying on the mattress. TV was ok & air con worked. Rooms not very sound proof, so could hear talking, laughing & clip clipping of shoes up & down the stairs late at night with other guests coming home. Japanese are very sweet people but very noisy, coming & going.
Lots of people quite like staying there but I can only give you an honest account of what I think of this hotel.
