Sorry to hear of your dilemma , i,m sure your insurance would cover this,
but did you take it out from point to point [your regional to bali return ] if so you should be ok, otherwise they might play silly buggers with you unless you make a stand with them . anyhow i hope everthing goes well and you end up with a great holiday .
