They did that to us about the passport, they were rude. When I arrived home i reread our bill i paid and found out they had charged us for dr's that we saw at prima medica hospital that was on the hospiatl bill, so we had paid twice. I emailed them and asked them to please explain they came back with a silly story so i replied sorry i don't buy this, please refund. They did but with hesitation. We had security follow us to the hotel to get our other visa card, the hotel staff stopped them following me and they were not happy about that. I would head straight for Prima Medica.
I also found out that who ever takes you to BIMC gets good commision.
Yes very clean and very up market, but very high prices. Very rude when it comes to payment.
