I don't buy the quilted ones, but just the Balinese batik bed sheets. I always buy them at Any's Shop which is just before you get to Murni's if you are coming down the hill from Ubud. That may be where you saw them because her stuff is really striking. It's about 2 shops before Murni's, and it is the last one that is set forward, before Murni's and one or two other shops are set back.
