Have you thought about the Bali Puri? I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it has a lovely pool, nice rooms and friendly staff. Also in exactly the kind of location you are looking for. They have a website - just search for it. The rooms are really excellent value, starting at 70,000rp upwards. A whole selection of differently priced rooms are available.
