Can be purchased in Western Australia for a lot cheaper, $2,000.00. Yearly maintenance about $450.00. Can be used anywhere in the world for about $80.00 booking fee. Can be insured in case you don't want or can't make the booked dates you have made for $6.00. You can use your 1 week a year or can wait for up to 3 years, bank each week each year and then use them as a 3 week package. Start your holiday off with a cheap 4 day package, extend your dates and finish in luxury resorts. We have never had a problem booking anywhere in the world except London, England OK but London virtually impossible! All the resorts are at least 4* but mostly 5*. Resorts can be 1, 2 or 3 bedroom self contained mainly with usual services.
I'm not a seller but as I have said previously these are not for everybody, great for us when kids were younger. Great now when you can share the maintenance costs with friends that tag along! Our 2 bedroom off peak week sleeps 6 and we actually use it anytime we want not just in the off peak season. Shared between the usual 2 couples, 7 nights in luxury is $250.00 each couple. The initial $2,000.00 was paid off years ago!
