After pouring over maps off the internet... the best information I can give you is that Garlic Lane is one of the narrow roads that runs off Jalan Padma in Legian. I know when we were there all the taxi drivers knew Jalan Padma. The most detailed map I could get, leads me to believe that Garlic Lane links Jalan Padma & Jalan Melasti.. I'm 99% certain of it! Anyway, if you caught a taxi to Jalan Padma, it's not a long street and the locals would definitely be able to direct you to it! Goodluck!
