Is the MBR web page link broken ?

Was talking to someone today about the MBR & promised to send them the web page.The addy I had was www.melastibali.com/resort.htm

It just doesn't work ! Any ideas if their if a new addy ?
Any advice appreciation I really want to pass the info onto my friend.
