Just got back from 14 nights at the Lokha.

Cocktails were around 50-60K RP from the pool bar and bintangs around 15 - 20K
Some areas around the pool were sunny all day but others got a bit chilly in the shade.
They have satellite channels - Indovision and Australian Network to name a few. The footy was on in the hotel....
Try not to get a room on the reception side of the hotel. We had one and it was quite noisy. I'd try the teens (e.g. 316, 214 etc) that is on a fairly quiet side of the hotel but in saying that the staff were so lovely and accommodating I'm sure if you got put into a room on the street/reception side you could ask to be moved and if available they would.

I also found that the exchange rate was fairly low at the Lokha reception (about 200RP lower than the Kodak Express up the road) - not much in the big scheme of things but ....

Hope this helps!
