Amed is very low key, just a few cafes spread out along the coast line. It is very pretty, with lots of fishing boats and stunning scenery.
I really enjoyed it here, and found the accommodation to be very reasonable for what you get. My friend and I had a really lovely room with a hammock and day bed outside for 100,000rp. The hotel (Amed Cafe) was right on the sea front and had a small pool too.
I'm not sure about the yoga - hopefully somebody else will be able to help you with that!
