they were brilliant with us too. If it wasn't for them we would not of got through to the travel insurance. I can tell you they were shocked that the insurance company said "1 glass of wine with your meal is affected by alcohol" I won't tell you their reply ;-)
It is a stressful situation to be in without the insurance company adding to the stress, one I wouldn't wish anyone to be in.
If bought online I think i know which company, but i would love that confirmed.
You never know what a company is like until you need them. I think it is funny when people say they are great prices are great when you ask have they had experience with claims they say no, in my books then you don't know if they are great.
For this reason i will never use anyone associated with Mondial assistance, just my personal opinion from a personal experience.
