Our experience, arrive in Perth at 1.30am after having a wonderful time in Bali, getting trough customs and it is about 2.30am so the we had all had enough. Collect the car make our way to the hotel which we booked months in advance. As we drive into the carpark there is smashed glass everywhere and signs stating "no responsibility taken for damage to vehicles make sure valuables are locked". So we get to the door and there is a automatic booking system, after entering info the machine comes up with NO VACANCY. So we pushed the emergency button and a guy answered and his response was WE ARE BOOKED OUT. Great we tried anouther couple of hotels at 3.30am everything was FULl because of the Footy people flying out on early flights. We slept in the car on the foreshore, then had a 3 hr drive home. When we phoned in the morning they said they had the nights accomadation for the day after..... No apologies... This was our experience.
