have also stayed at dynasty a few times great with the kids.depends on your budget but we like the exec suites as they have the 2 sparate rooms one with king bed and tv and the other with three sofa come single beds with Tv /dvd ,microwave,watercooler fridge etc balcony. If not maybe family pool or garden view. check out their website for prices and room descriptions.
i also stay At The Patra Resort whic is further down towards the airport but a large but much quieter hotel. Its set away from the shops so you need to catch a cab or the free shuttle down to Kuta. They have a huge pool and a couple of smaller pools. Beautiful outlook to the ocean . they do have a kids club not sure of ages though. Have used babysitters here and have been very happy but not as young as your 22 mth. Judi
