I basically go to Singapore to shop and shop. I did most of my shopping at OG, Seiyu and Robinsons Department Stores, Arab Street for the best range of fabrics and so much cheaper than Australia, Mustafa Centre (first time there) in Little India and my favourite haunt Jasina Cosmetics for cheap perfumes. They are in High Street Centre. I stayed at the Golden Landmark this time because I wanted to be near Arab Street. I booked my whole trip via the internet.
I went to Clark Quay to have my favourite satay but the whole place has been modernised and the street carts were gone but I found a Bainese Restaurant there with Balinese staff and the food was great. I just closed my eyes and thought I was in Bali. If you scroll down further Gaidesha ( haven't got the thing in front of me at the moment so have probably spelt it wrong) did a fantastic thingo on Singapore which is worth printing out.
