Just heard from the locals, that on Sep 30, Oct 7 and Oct 16, the road to Sukowati and Ubud via Guwang or Batu Bulan will be closed due to big ceremonies which happened once in every 10 years.
Perhaps, further infos will be made by the authority formally.
