Forget about ringing the insurance for a doctor. I rang in the morning and waited all day for a doctor. He came at 6pm and said the traffic held him up. Go straight to BIMC the treatment is first class. I paid by credit card. The only catch is when you make a claim on the insurance Co. just make sure that the conversion on the rp is the same as the conversion on that day. The insurance co. will give you a higher rate and you get back less. Get a statement from the bank with the rate for that day.
