My son was admitted there in July with internal injuries (jetski accident). We had travel insurance, so the treatment was started without us paying any money, and they then verify details with the insurance company and in general no money needs to change hands at all. Nor was I asked to provide my passports at any time.
Because my son was transferred to another hospital before the insurance company had approved the BIMC account I did pay that with my credit card, but that is being reimbursed by the insurer.
