may I ask who is the travel insurance?
If it is the one I think and you did it online, i am not suprised that you are having trouble getting through to them, thats terrible 2 hours and still no luck! Good luck today. Good luck for your brother, sorry to hear his trip has ended so sadly.
I have always said you never know what a travel insurance is really like till you need them, sad but true.
