A green bottle with the Eagle sign on it.
Sniff it, gargle with it, put a few drops in black tea and rub just a little on sore spots where the skin is not broken. With flu, coughs and colds, as well as sniffing, rub a little on your throat (outside) before sleeping or on your chest also.
Wonderful stuff; we won't come home without it.
Colleen will attest to the eficacy of it when a Celtic Angel got her some of it during her recent illness in Bali. Don't know if she rubbed it on her chest though as they don't supply bottles big enough for a task of this magnitude. (Sorry Colleen, couldn't resist)
