At Kimia Farma you can buy a strip of 10 Tramadol which is the Generic form of Tramal over there. As Tramadol you pay 7,200 for 10, but beware of the Tramal which is the same but costs 75,000. Tramal here, Generic Zydol is Scrip only and is recognised as the best pain-killer, except for Opiates but is non-addictive.
An Olympic status knee-sufferer myself and can never get enough on Scrip to take to Bali, so hopefully this info' will be of use to you, where despite the heat, the knees always give strife.
