You can fly with Merpati or GT Air. It is cheapest to book in Bali - if you have time, when you arrive walk down to the Domestic Airport and book & pay then. Otherwise there are heaps of agents in Bali that will do it, but usually takes an extra day because they have to go and get the tickets - so you have to go back for the ticket at the agent.
Prices range depending on the airline.
GT Air is the cheapest with prices starting from Rp237,000 one way - but mostly around the Rp350,000 mark (they have different prices depending on availability).
Merpati are around Rp380,000 - 400,000 one way.
Last year there was a 3rd carrier but I can't remember if it was Wings Air or Lion Air - the prices were similar to Merpati.
