Thanks for honest response. As an ex-chef I like Ku De Ta for its food but the in crowd bit I am not part of it, nor do I want to be. I simply like the ambience of the place and the service. I equally like some of the Balinese places but I have mainly gone for the western experience. What are your best Balinese places so I can visit them. I like to explore all things. thanks
